This starter loc service uses the two-strand twist method to create a neat, versatile, and beginner-friendly loc foundation. Ideal for clients who want a fuller, softer loc appearance while allowing the hair to naturally mature and lock over time. After twisting, each section is secured at the root with light interlocking. Estimated duration: approximately 2.5+ hours. Medium Locs Typically around 70–110 locs. Estimated duration: approximately 3.5+ hours. Small Locs Typically around 110–199 locs. Estimated duration: approximately 5+ hours. Micro Locs Typically 200+ locs. Estimated duration: approximately 7+ hours depending on hair density and length. This service includes: * Parting and starter loc installation * Loc care guidance Please arrive with your hair freshly cleansed and treated. Hair must have been washed within the last 3–5 days before your appointment. Clients whose hair has not been freshly cleansed must book a cleansing and treatment service alongside this appointment. Locs installation will not be performed on unwashed hair.
