Service Description

This treatment provides intensive protein reconstruction and conditioning support to help reinforce weakened hair, improve strength and resilience, and reduce breakage. This is a standalone, one-off treatment. Where significant damage requires ongoing support, the Hair Recovery Programme provides tailored strengthening, bond/molecular repair and moisture treatments based on the hair’s changing needs. The aim is to stabilise the hair and move it out of the immediate rescue phase before transitioning into regular maintenance. Chemically processed hair cannot be returned to its original untreated state. Every treatment includes: brief hair & scalp assessment, hair treatment, standard blow-dry + 2 plaits, hair care education, personalised home-care guidance, progress measurements and a post-treatment hair care report. Please note: The brief assessment does not replace an Initial Hair Consultation. New visitors, or those experiencing ongoing shedding or hair/scalp concerns, may benefit from booking an Initial Consultation first for a deeper assessment of their hair history, routine, lifestyle and contributing factors. Before booking: Please arrive with your hair fully detangled. If additional detangling is required, or there is significant/postpartum shedding or telogen effluvium, please add the Deep Detangling Add-On at checkout. Additional time and care are required.
