Professional loc maintenance using the interlocking method for neat, secure, and long-lasting results without the use of gels, waxes, or heavy styling products. This service is designed for clients seeking clean, low-buildup loc maintenance while prioritising scalp and hair health. Please arrive with your locs freshly cleansed and treated. Hair must have been washed within the last 3–5 days before your appointment. Clients whose hair has not been freshly cleansed must book a cleansing and treatment service alongside their retightening appointment. Retightening will not be performed on unwashed locs. This service includes: • Section assessment • Loc separation where necessary • Interlocking retightening • Scalp-friendly maintenance approach • Basic finishing/styling Loc Size Categories Large Locs Typically fewer than 70 locs. Estimated duration: approximately 1.5+ hours. Medium Locs Typically around 70–110 locs. Estimated duration: approximately 2+ hours. Small Locs Typically around 110–199 locs. Estimated duration: approximately 3+ hours. Micro Locs Typically 200+ locs. Estimated duration: approximately 5+ hours depending on density, length, and maintenance history.
